T his oil is made with only one variety of olives.
It’s well defined fruity taste with medium notes of spicy and bitter, accompanied by an intense perfume, makes this oil unique and able to remind the territory where it belongs in all its features.
Rich in polyphenols, it contains antioxidants and vitamin E.
