The Factory

Di Giacomo Factory is set in Serre (SA) in a large and airy building, with a fantastic view.
It produces, sells and promote either extra virgin olive oil, recognized DOP “Colline Salernitane”, or oil which guaranteed as “Biological Agriculture” by check organization.

The Factory has got a continuous extracting process equipment. The finished product is tasted by OLEUM tasters (Nationally recognized tasters) in order to meet the tasters of refined customers.
